Question
I have three questions:
1) On two of the swaps, UTIs look like these: C0041: Unique Transaction Identifiers (UTI): DANSKE0000-0000-1265-0474 E02529900ODI3047E2LIV03EANGOYPJWXDTMQSY6LF We didn't fully understand this sentence in the specification when we looked at how the UTI appears on the transactions: "As many Trade IDs as needed to build the position being reported should be reported in this item. The trade IDs shall be reported separated by commas." How should we separate UTIs with a comma here? Is it correct to report it like the example above, or do they mean that we should use a comma instead of a hyphen in the UTIs?
2) We have some FXFORWARDS that should have UTIs, but are missing. Should we leave them blank or indicate "No ID"?
3) C0440 Swap delivered og C0450 Swap received. This are one of our swaps, with floating rate on both legs: - C0440 Swap delivered: Referance rate: EUR 3M Floating rate: 3,661% Currency: EUR - C0450 Swap received: Referance rate: STIBOR 3M Floating rate: 3,69% Currency: SEK. Can we report like below? C0440 Swap delivered: EUR 3M;3,661%;EUR C0450 Swap received: STIBOR 3M;3,69%;SEK. We are not sure how many decimals we are supposed to use here.
Background of the question
We are having trouble understanding some of the spesifications in template S.08.01
EIOPA answer
- With the sentence: "As many Trade IDs as needed to build the position being reported should be reported in this item. The trade IDs shall be reported separated by commas", we imply that in case a derivative has more than one UTI, all UTIs should be reported, separated by comas.
- If the derivatives are in the scope of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 but no UTI was received, it should be left blank.
- This can be reported as suggested in your example. The standard for percentages and decimals described in the XBRL filling rules is to provide at least 4 digits after the decimal point (unless they are insignificant zeros, i.e. 3.690% can be described as 3.69%).
