EIOPA welcomes comments on the Consultation Paper on the proposal for Guidelines on insurancebased investment products that incorporate a structure which makes it difficult for the customer to understand the risks involved.
Comments are most helpful if they:
- respond to the question stated, where applicable;

- describe any alternatives EIOPA should consider.
