Question
Do DORA regulations inhibit working from anywhere, as work from remote? I was told my contract has to be changed, to exclusively include from which countries I will be working. Is that a DORA-derived requirement?
Background of the question
Working as freelancer, from remote or at the office. Until now, it was so put in my contract and I could work from anywhere. I was asked to sign an addendum due to DORA, which will state from which countries I can work. In that sense, if I decide to move for a period in another country, that will be against the contract.
