We wonder whether in column C0080 "Interest" we should also report interest on bank deposits (coming from asset with CIC 72).

This question has been rejected because the issue it deals with is already addressed in the instruction of Cell C0080 of S.09.01 in (EU) 2023/894 - ITS with regard to the templates for the submission of information necessary for supervision.
Eiopa confirms that the interest on bank deposits should be reported in C0080. (CIC72 assets are transferable deposits (cash equivalents)). Please also see Q&A 1908 - EIOPA.
