Is it possible that BV2160-1 is not implemented correctly?
Background of the question
Same remark for BV2160-1 applies as for BV2159-1: it seems illogical to require the EOF for MCR to be equal to MCR * MCR Ratio for C0100, which is contains the total impact of the LTG measures.
EIOPA answer
Both the BV2159 and BV2160 are incorrectly referring to C0100 and thus it was decided to deactivate this validation for the time being. The issue stemmed from faulty instructions which will be corrected during the next ITS review.
