Are you able to provide a legal definition or additional context for the interpretation of "ICT Service" and "ICT Service Provider"?
Background of the question
In the DORA Dry Run FAQ document it is mentioned there will be a Q&A on a legal interpretation - when will this be? Clarity in this area would be very welcomed as there is confusion on the scope of DORA and whether all software companies (including those who do not provide any service to financial services entities in the context of their regulated activities) need to be registered.
