EIOPA answer
The file you are referring is part of an old public consultation. Currently (EU) 2023/894 - ITS with regard to the templates for the submission of information necessary for supervision and (EU) 2023/895 - ITS for the disclosure of solvency and financial condition report (both applicable as of 31/12/2023) are the official documents to be used. They were published on EIOPA’s website after they were officially published by the European Commission: Supervisory reporting - DPM and XBRL - European Union (europa.eu)
