Question

To the answer of Q&A No. 2802 arise two additional questions: • According to the LOG file item C0120 (“Amount of Claims Paid”) is defined as “Amount of claims paid, for the relevant product Identification, for claims that have been settled with payment during the reporting year.” This is not consistent to the answer of Q&A No. 2802. Will the definition within the LOG file be changed? If not, is the definition of the answer (of 2802) binding or the definition of the LOG file? • In case that the answer (of 2802) is the binding definition and thus we include also “changes in provisions for claims that have not yet been paid” this would then mean also to include claims only having reserve adjustments without any payment. For consistency reasons between item “C0120 Amount of Claims Paid” and item “C0110 Number of Claims settled with payment” we would count such claims here as well as a consequence. In addition, counting the remaining claims for the field “C0130 Number of Claims settled without payment” then results in very few claims or even in most cases no counted claims at all. Can you please confirm or clarify this for C0120, C0110 and C0130? The intention of the requested field “C0130 Number of Claims settled without payment” is not that clear for us given the answer in Q&A No. 2802.
