Operating in supervisory unity – thereby promoting consistent implementation of regulatory requirements via high-quality supervisory practices, effective enforcement measures, and sound technical advice – EIOPA strives to protect the rights of policyholders, pension scheme members and beneficiaries and to foster public trust in the EU’s insurance and occupational pensions sectors.
