Biography
Barbara D. Richardson joined the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI) in March of 2023, originally as Director, and now as a Special Advisor. From 2016-2023, Richardson served as the Commissioner of the Nevada Division of Insurance, and from 2004-2016 was the Director of Operations and Fraud for the New Hampshire Insurance Department. She is an active member NAIC on committees, including Innovation Cybersecurity and Technology Committee, among others.
