Question
Our question is related to validations EV74 and EV75 which have been recently modified (30th june 2026).
If there is an asset with CIC code 87 or 88 and this asset doens't have an ISIN code, the field EC0231 should be blank or not? Reading EV75 validation this field should be filled in in this specific case, while taking into consideration EV74 validation it should be blank.
Is our interpretation correct?

This question has been rejected because the issue it deals with is already addressed in Taxonomy 2.10.0.
Please note that validations are checking only what is explicitly stated in their expression or filters. Therefore, EV75 does not apply for other than ISIN (or CAU/ISIN) cases. Furthermore, for non-ISIN (or non CAU/ISIN) row with CIC 87 or CIC 88 the EC0231 should be empty , as required by EV74 check.
