Question
In DIRECTIVE (EU) 2025/2 it is stated that "EIOPA shall submit the draft regulatory technical standards referred to in the first subparagraph to the Commission by 29 January 2026". With regards to the inclusion of sustainability risks in the Own Solvency and Risk Assessment (ORSA). Despite being overdue, I cannot find these RTS, is there a possibility you can provide me these? if not, could you provide me an indication when these will be available?
EIOPA answer
The question has been rejected as the issue it deals with has already been explained in 3553 - European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority.
The RTS on sustainability risk management has been deprioritised by the European Commission and therefore no final report has been published.
