Where can I find information about which RTS and ITS that are under review due to the revised Solvency 2 Directive, whis is the status regarding these ITS and RTS as well as when the revised ITS and RTS will come into force (I believe 30 January 2027)?

Drafting of new technical standards
- RTS on factors for identifying undertakings under dominant or significant influence and undertakings managed on a unified basis
- RTS on liquidity risk management plans
- RTS on applicability criteria for macroprudential analysis in ORSA and PPP
- RTS on determining relevant undertakings in respect to host Member State’s market
- RTS on sustainability risk management (no final report published because the European Commission deprioritised the technical standards)
- RTS on exceptional sector-wide shocks (no final report published because the European Commission deprioritised the technical standards)
- ITS on methodology for scenarios for prudent deterministic valuation (no final report published because the European Commission deprioritised the technical standards)
