Can EIOPA please clarify the requirements for amounts to be entered into the new rows R0800 and R0810 of S.23.01 group version. We believe that: R0800 should equal sum of R0520 + R0440, for columns C0010 through C0050 respectively R0810 should equal sum of R0520 + R0460, for columns C0010 through C0050 respectively. This would follow the approach of R0660 but with selectively including the different components of R0440 and R0460. Particularly we are seeking clarification that no eligibility rules must be applied to the amounts brought in from R0440 and R0460 as applicable.

Please note an error in the indicated sum.
R0800 should equal sum of R0560 + R0440, for columns C0010 through C0050 respectively
R0810 should equal sum of R0560 + R0460, for columns C0010 through C0050 respectively
Quantitative tiering limits don’t apply to R0440. With regard to R0460 additional quantitative tiering limits don’t apply at group level and have been already taken into account in the allocation to the relevant tiers indicated in C0020-C0050.
