Regarding S.03.01, the amendments applying from 01/01/24 (Taxonomy 2.8.0) asked to add a separate table with two sections indicating whether the company has provided/received unlimited guarantees: - R0510/C0050: Unlimited guarantees – received - R0520/C0050: Unlimited guarantees – provided The possible values for column C0050 are : 0 - no unlimited guarantees provided/received 1 - Unlimited guarantees provided/received from entities of the same group; 2 - Unlimited guarantees provided/received from entities not belonging to the same group As this information is no longer required at the guarantee level (the guarantee code is not requested) but at the entity level, how should be handled the case where the entity provides and receives guarantees from other entities belonging to the same and not belonging to the same group (both 1 and 2)?

Please note that the implemented values in the templates offers 4 options. While option 0 is no unlimited guarantees received; Option 1 - Unlimited guarantees received/provided from/to entities of the same group; Option 2 - Unlimited guarantees received/provided from/to entities not belonging to the same group and Option 3 - Unlimited guarantees received/provided from/to entities of the same group and from/to entities not belonging to the same group. In the example provided Option 3 is to be used.
