Target audience
EIOPA has started an initiative to set up a university partnerships programme together with EBA and ESMA. The purpose of this programme is to create a platform for collaboration between universities and ESA’s by:
• Participating in career fairs/days of the university if invited to promote the ESA’s;
• Circulating and promoting traineeship vacancies;
• Giving guest lectures and/or presentations at university events;
• Providing feedback on courses upon invitation;
• Cooperation on other selected projects.
Selected universities will be asked to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which will set up the framework for future collaboration.
In order to be eligible, the applicants must:
• Be legal entities (public or private body);
• Be established in one of the EU countries;
• Be a higher education institution;
• Provide programmes relevant in the field of the ESA’s (e.g. Finance, Banking, Securities Markets, Insurance, Economics, Law, Business Administration, Behavioural sciences / Social sciences).
