Teija Korpiaho has extensive experience in insurance and pension supervision, nearly 30 years across various roles. Teija Korpiaho professional background includes membership in the EIOPA Board of Supervisors, Management Board, and Policy Steering Committee. Currently, Teija Korpiaho serves as the Chief Advisor to the Head of Department, with responsibilities in international affairs, stakeholder relations, policy development, emerging risk management, and crisis response. Previously, Teija Korpiaho led a division focusing on life and non-life Insurance undertakings. Teija Korpiaho has Master's degree in Economic Sciences.
