Annex II, log of template S.19.01 states “The amount includes all the elements that compose the claim itself but excludes any expenses” suggesting full exclusion of expenses. At the same time Annex II, log files of templates S.20.01 and S.21.01 explicitly state “Claims incurred amounts include all the elements that compose the claim itself but excludes any expenses except those attributable to specific claims”, thus including expenses. Is this discrepancy intentional? Or all templates should include expenses attributable to specific claims?
This difference was intentional. In S.19 all expenses should be excluded while in S.20 and S.21 the expenses attributable to specific claims should be included.
