Is the column C0120 (Amount of Claims Paid) on "Year to Date" basis? I suppose it is, given the fact that one of the field's metrics is "DI/Year to Date". Or it is not and we should fill all payments (regardless if they occured during the reporting year or before) related to claims settled during reporting year?

This question has been rejected because the issue it deals with is already addressed in the instruction of Cell C0120 of S.14.03 in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/894 - ITS with regard to the templates for the submission of information necessary for supervision.
EIOPA confirms that the amount of Claims Paid in C0120 shall be reported on a year-to-date basis.
