Is our understanding correct that the QRT S.04.03 must show branches not only from EEA countries but also from non-EEA countries?

If a company has a branch outside EU the branch information shall be captured in S.04.03 in C0010 (i.e. a unique ID for this entity), C0030 (i.e. non-EEA branch) and C0040 (i.e. non-EU country).
