Question
Regarding Control TV1002_1: New mandatory validation. The control compares fields C0131 (nominal) with field C0370 (currency). As the check is made between an amount and a text string, we do not understand what causes the validation error The validation at Eiopa looks as follows: localName(unit({t: S.08.01.01.01, c: C0131, z: Z0001})) = localName({t: S.08.01.01.02, c: C0370, z: Z0001})

The TV1002 check is correct. Open table columns are modelled using MD metrics with no dimensions. Therefore, multicurrency facts have the information about the “Currency Conversion Approach” (s2c_dim:AF) dimension with “Expressed in currency of denomination (not converted to reporting currency)” (s2c_CA:x1) embedded in the MD metric declaration and carried in their label and MD metric details.
This approach applies only to the specified columns, instead of the entire table, such as C0131 “Notional amount of the derivative” in S.08.01. Information on the currency in which values of this column are denominated is reported in column C0370 “Currency”. Therefore, the local name of xbrli:unit / xbrli:measure of the fact reported in column C0131 must match the local name of member provided in column C0370.
