Question
Which is the right CIC to be used for Property (under construction for own use)? (CIC 94 or CIC 96).
Background of the question
Based on EIOPA-BoS-20-100 20/02/2020, in the Annex III the CIC96 is not included in the table, but in the Annex IV (definition) we have found the CIC96. We are confused if the CIC96 is still exiting. If this is not existing, it is correct to use CIC94?
EIOPA answer
CIC 96 can be used. The tables will be aligned with the SII CIC tables.
