Q1: In case the participant has more than one DC scheme (in our jurisdiction pension funds), which fund should we count him into? By partial share?
Q2: If a participant has more than one participant agreement, should we count him as a participant for each contract or by birth number?
Q3: If the participant changed the fund during the year, should we include the participant in both funds as an active participant or only as an active participant in the fund in which he was at the end of the reporting year?

EIOPA answer

Q1: the participant will be counted for each scheme;

Q2: it is unclear what is meant by 'participant agreement';

Q3: please only include the member as 'active' in the fund that is applicable at the end of the year (the last one)
