Question
We note that BV797 is a blocking validation, and prevents negative numbers (other than derivatives) being reported.
There are some circumstances where line items have very low values (eg. 0.000085) which correctly round to 0.00. Under the current validation, such items are prevented from being reported as they are not positive.
We would therefore request that the validation is either reverted back to non-blocking status, or amended to permit the reporting of rounded zero balances.

EIOPA is aware of this issue. BV797 will be deactivated. This will be included in the next update which is expected beginning of January.
