Question
If option 0 (Not reported other reason (in this case special justification is needed)) is chosen in S.01.01 for S.28.01, then BV333 fails (assuming use of standard formula). This seems like an error?
Similar issue applies to BV334, BV335 and BV336.
EIOPA answer
The validation is correct. The option 0 refers to those cases, where another reason for non-reporting is used, which has not been included in the above arguments for non-reporting but which is different from the cases where reporting is mandatory.
E.g. for BV334, the option 0 cannot be used in case that a standard formula has been used. If the standard formula is used, then the template shall be reported.
