Question
We see some contradiction between Technical Specifications (TS) and QRT content for HealthCat submodule.
1) According to TS (SCR.8.93), Accident Concentration and Pandemic scenarios are applicable worldwide, while Mass Accident is applicable only to 31 European countries.
2) According to Guidelines, companies should only report exposures to 31 European countries, and SCR is calculated only based on those exposures (see definitions of OG32, NK32 and PJ32 in Annex II)
Please, let us know, should we submit information about non-EEA exposure to HealthCat risks and how to include this information into QRT S.27.01? exposures?

For the reporting during preparatory phase please report the existing cells and contact your national competent authority.
