In Question 684 of the Q&A „(EU) No 2015-2450 with regard to the templates for the submission of information to the supervisory authorities 21-Apr-17.xlsb“ you clarify, that S.05.02. is not due for reporting, if information regarding the home country represents 90% or more of the total gross written premiums, template by country.
Is this argumentation also applicable for the QRT-Annex of the SFCR? In this case, is it correct to omit the QRT in the annex? Is there a need for explanation in the SFCR?

According to the Instructions of S.05.02 in ITS 2015/2452 the threshold of 90% is also applicable.
Consistently to the clarification introduced in the Reporting Instructions, in fact also for the purposes of SFCR if information regarding the home country represents 90% or more of the total gross written premiums, template by country is not applicable. The SFCR should provide information on why the template is not disclosed.
