Question
Regarding to cell C0090 in S.14.01 please confirm if undertaking should list only policies which can offer for client separately? On the other hand we can complete list with products offer as appending’s.
EIOPA answer
We confirm that in S.14.01 you should list all products commercialised, currently or in the past, from which insurance obligations are assumed by the undertaking. In C0090 the Internal product ID code used by the undertaking for these products should be reported.
