In particular, how many business days after the end of the month are required for you to publish it ?

EIOPA publishes the monthly value of the symmetric equity adjustment (equity dampener) on the 5th EIOPA working day after the end of each month. As a reference the dates of publication are the same as the ones for Risk-free rate information you can find in the following link:
