Question
The Solvency II report S.11.01 is an annual report for assets held as collateral.
If there aren't open collateral position as per 31-12-2016, the report of S.11.01 should be empty, isn’t it?
What should we do with the field - Total Amount - if we also need to report the closed collateral position. Do we fill in the -Total Amount- based on report date?

The template S.11.01 should include only the collaterals held at the the end of the reporting period.
