Biography
Lucian Pătulea is a pensions expert in the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA), where he is part of the Pensions Team, dealing with matters of pensions policy, convergence and oversight within the EU. Before his current position, he accumulated over 10 years of experience in private pensions supervision. He is CFA charterholder and has a joint master’s degree in international financial management from the University of Groningen and the University of Uppsala.
