Question
In S.06.02 position C0120 „Custodian“ has to be filled in for every CIC category except CIC 71, 75, 8 and 9. This means the position has to be filled for call money accounts and fixed-term deposit accounts, which fall into CIC category 72 or 73. Therefore the question arises, whether the account-keeping bank or the undertaking that holds the account shall be reported in C0120?
