The question refers to G.26. and G.34. in the Technical Specifications dating from April 30, 2014: Should the variables marked with the superscript "solo" (in G.26.: grossSCR, netSCR, grossSCR_sub-module, netSCR_sub-module respectively in G.34.: SCR, Adj_DT) be determined net or gross of intra group transactions?

The variables should be calculated gross of intra-group transactions. Please note that the current reference would be GL 17 and GL 22 of GLs on loss-absorbency capacity of technical provisions and deferred taxes.
